If the opening code is no longer known and the security key is also missing, is there a way to open the safe anyway? Thanks for the feedback.
Hello DonCarlos54, thank you for your message and your interest in our safe. Unfortunately, we cannot open the safe without the opening code or the security key. But don't worry, we won't let you down. If you provide us with your details (name, address and a picture of the safe), we will be happy to forward them to our supplier. The field service will then contact you and discuss further steps. Please note that it will probably mean that the safe has to be broken into and can no longer be used.
