Good quality, taste and broadening. Compared to other products, a compact mass, therefore not watery.
Mozzarella made from buffalo milk is the only real one. And buffalo mozzarella from Switzerland has the advantage that the animal welfare is better; there are some bad stories from Campania. The taste seems to be a little saltier. I didn't add any salt and found it perfect. There's only one ball in the pack, so you have to be aware of that.
