What is the difference between the PRO 20-52 and PRO 11-42 pans? According to Migros, they are the same pan and I can only see the difference in appearance at the bottom. Both are also suitable for induction.
Hello Imperator_Palpatine, thank you for your inquiry including the photo. The two pans are basically identical in their functionality and both are suitable for induction. The only difference is the base: While one pan has a coated base, the base of the other is uncoated. Hopefully we were able to help you with our answer! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How long is the guarantee period for this product? Our pan from this series rattles and the base is no longer straight. It still works with induction, but I think the pan needs more power this way.
Hello Farosaju, thank you for your question. The warranty period is 2 years. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I bought this pan and unfortunately the oil totally overheated the first time I fried it. What actually happens to the topping when it is heated to more than 160°C. Kind regards Silvia
Hello Amazone0, thank you for your post. To prevent the frying pan from overheating, pans with a coating should never be heated empty. If you heat the pan with a food, it usually cannot get too hot. If particles of the non-stick coating are absorbed by the body while eating, this does not pose a health risk. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
