How long is the guarantee period for this product? Our pan from this series rattles and the base is no longer straight. It still works with induction, but I think the pan needs more power this way.

Hello, I bought this pan and unfortunately the oil totally overheated the first time I fried it. What actually happens to the topping when it is heated to more than 160°C. Kind regards Silvia
Hello Amazone0, thank you for your post. To prevent the frying pan from overheating, pans with a coating should never be heated empty. If you heat the pan with a food, it usually cannot get too hot.
