Really one of the worst frying pans I've ever used. The mbudget is 100x better. The bottom of this one is not flat so the grease goes on the side. Even well-greased food sticks to the bottom of the pan. I really don't recommend it.
Super pan, very satisfactory
I was skeptical at first - but now I'm totally thrilled with the non-stick coating. I bought it deliberately because it doesn't contain PFAS or similar. It's a bit big for my stove, but I'll buy the smaller ones as well. Heat conduction somewhat slower than with other frying pans.
The worst frying pan I have ever used! It can hardly be heated on the induction hob and the base is crooked like nothing else. The frying butter, which should also serve to transfer the heat, collects all around the edge of the pan. It cannot be fried properly at all.
It seems to me that cleaning is even easier than with PTFE pans. Roasting is perfectly equivalent to any pan.
Good
