I bought new coffee at the end of last week and unfortunately had to realize that the new packaging was an imposition, I carefully tried to open it and you can see the consequences in the photos. Not only that you have to ask the staff to cut it open if you want to have the coffee freshly ground without losing weight (had almost 100 grams less as a result). (Had almost 100 grams less as a result) Please go back to the old packaging.
Hello rollimaus, thank you for your contribution. The newly introduced packaging is now recyclable and is composed exclusively of compatible materials. The previous film composition consisted of incompatible components. As Migros, we are committed to sustainability and have set ourselves the ambitious goal of making all our coffee packaging recyclable by 2025 in order to make our contribution to a more sustainable future. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer packaging that can be opened by hand for recyclable coffee packaging due to the technical nature of the film structure. We have integrated a scissor symbol with lines on the back of the packaging to draw customers' attention to this, but we are also working on finding a solution to ensure that the bags can still be opened without tools and still comply with the regulations without compromising the quality and freshness of our coffee products. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

What happened to the Boncampo Intenso? I've missed it for a long time, is it really no longer in the range?
Hello Paul-Auer, thank you for your question. We really don't offer Boncampo Intenso beans any more - we're sorry you miss them. As an alternative, we recommend the Espresso Classico beans. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
More than a pity, unfortunately this is not the only product of my favorites that has disappeared recently. The recommended alternative is of course not one: this comparable coffee costs almost twice as much!
I agree with Paul-Auer. Boncampo Intenso was a good and inexpensive coffee. What exactly are the reasons for removing it from the range?
The reasons will be "too little sales volume, too little demand". Or to put it another way, they simply want to sell the expensive coffee and make more profit and turnover.
Hello everyone, thank you very much for your feedback. We understand your disappointment about the lack of coffee, but we have noticed that most of our customers who enjoy Boncampo Intenso coffee also like our Boncampo Classico. You may also like this coffee: https://produkte.migros.ch/boncampo-bohnen-500g Unfortunately, the space on our shelves is limited and in order to be able to keep offering our customers new coffees, we also have to reduce our product range. We have of course informed the specialist department about your feedback so that they can consider adjustments if necessary. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

For some time now, I've had the impression that our Boncampo has a different taste. My husband thinks that the coffee has changed
Dear guest
We are happy to assure you that the recipe has not been changed. Slight variations in the taste of the coffee are possible by nature, as not all beans are exactly the same. However, we can keep these variations to a minimum by carrying out strict checks on incoming goods and during roasting and packaging.
