Where do the Boncampo coffee beans come from? Unfortunately, the country is not indicated on the packaging or on this website. The website migros.ch/coffee also leads nowhere. Too bad, good coffee, bad consumer information!
Hi HP1111, thank you very much for your inquiry including the photo. You would like information about the origin of our coffee beans. I would be happy to clarify this for you! We can use the batch/lot number to find out the exact country of origin - perhaps you can provide us with this information? You will generally find the batch/lot number next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. We look forward to your feedback 😊. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I'm not talking about a specific pack but about Boncampo coffee in general
Hi HP1111, thank you for your quick response.
Boncampo coffee beans contain the Arabica and Robusta varieties: For blends, the countries of origin are not indicated on the packaging because the countries of origin of the raw materials can change depending on availability.
By indicating the batch/lot number, we are able to trace the exact countries of origin. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has anything been changed in the last year, roasting process etc.? ?
The last 500 gr. pack was already bitter in taste, see the article about the new packaging. https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/107100300000?community=qanda&id=64bea230-a8c6-11ee-84b0-3569891c9d53 The current pack is also bitter, the coffee is always ground at the machine "downstairs" after the checkout in the Migros Gäuggeli, with the same degree of grinding as usual.
The current pack has the following data: Date, time; 31 May 2025 20:22 L2015834670 310 3 @M-Infoline, my 2 other packs have the same data.
Hello Rollimaus, there has only been a packaging change for this item. We did not adjust the recipe or the roasting process.
We tasted our retained samples in a specialist panel. We could not detect any change in taste in the brewed coffee. We were also unable to detect any deviation in the process documentation. We always try to achieve the same aroma by blending the green coffee. As coffee is a natural product, there may be natural variations. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

@M-Infoline, I paid just under 32 francs for the 3 unfortunately "inedible" packs. Can I get the money back, if so? Receipt and item are available, thank you.
Hello rollimaus, thank you for your reply. Check your e-mail. We have contacted you privately. We hope that we have dealt with your request to your satisfaction. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

@M-Infoline, thank you very much. Where can I send the packs back to you, I don't have the address.
Hello rollimaus. You can hand in the packs to customer service at the store or dispose of them at home. You don't have to send them in. Best regards from the M-Infoline team

It was our favorite coffee. But suddenly it's undrinkable (sour aftertaste). Why is that? Has something been changed?

This could possibly also be the cause. I've already had it once. https://tchibo-coffeeservice.at/magazin/artikel/stinkerbohne/
We know that and have done so. That is not the cause. We have tried two new packs (one of which we bought brand new) and the coffee smells sour as soon as we open the pack. This is not the case with another brand.
Hello xeniakaeser, thank you very much for your post. We regret that you can no longer fully enjoy our coffee. We have not made any changes to this coffee. As it is a natural product, there may be natural variations. In addition, we can never completely rule out product changes after packaging, as various environmental factors can still have an influence. The factors air and light influence the taste of the roasted coffee beans. We therefore recommend storing the beans in an airtight and lightproof container after opening the pack. Heat also helps to change the taste, so a cool storage location is ideal. If the problem persists, please let us know the best-before date and the lot number of an affected pack. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Does Migros also offer BONCAMPO coffee pods, please?
You asked the question in the reviews section and not under the questions tab. The latter will be answered by M-Infoline . Wait and see, there will be another campaign, the last one was at the end of September.
Hello Reszumi, we will be happy to answer your questions under the menu item "Questions". Out of fairness to our other customers, we do not announce our future promotions in advance. We ask for your understanding in this regard. We recommend you subscribe to our newsletter so that you are always informed about our promotions in the future. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Top coffee, just a shame that the Migros branch in Reutlingen is closing! What will I do when my 20 kg stock is used up?
Unfortunately, we don't know exactly which coffee you mean. Nor do we know where you live so that we can offer you a possible alternative. Your M-Infoline team

So much publicity of lowering prices and then suddenly increased by 2.-- Francs this product! This is not correct!!!
Hello
The price increase can be attributed to the rising prices of raw materials in international markets. As for coffee, Migros takes on part of these price increases by adjusting product prices only sporadically. For this reason, the price of the M-Budget line has not changed. According to the current forecast, unfortunately, there is no expectation that the commodity markets will calm down and as a result further price increases are not ruled out.
Greetings Your M-Infoline Team
