Why is the can not filled? Smaller can or more content = less packaging material or less transportation. Couldn't the whole thing be filled into a bag like cornstarch?
Hello Bimbo1, thank you very much for your input. In general, attempts are made to find the optimum can height based on ecological, economic and technological factors. Technologically, a slightly larger can height is sometimes required, as the powder is more voluminous/airier during the filling process than the end product after transportation in the store. The raw materials also play a role - depending on the harvest, the chopped spices and powder in the bouillon can be more or less voluminous. We are constantly striving to optimize these areas. The possibility of bouillon in refill bags is also an exciting idea that we are currently testing. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, how can I tell that the original recipe is back in the cans? The "new" recipe was really not edible.

Hoi acker1a Thank you for your comment. From November 2015, Bon Chef Vegetable Bouillon Fat-Free was delivered with the "old recipe" again and stickers were used to draw attention to the recipe change. However, due to an error at the producer, the cans were delivered without the sticker for about a month after the first delivery. Please note: All products with a best-before date from January 2017 are with the changed "old recipe", even if they unfortunately do not have a sticker on them. If you have any further questions, we will be happy to help you. See you soon in your Migros! Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

WHY TOMATO? Since when is tomato a homogeneous flavor? It is in your interest to be able to use this bouillon everywhere. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE cancel.
Hello maiky Thank you for your message. The revised bouillon was not very well received, which is why we are switching back to the old, original recipe. However, the date has not yet been set. We ask for your patience and send you our best regards. Your M-Infoline team

Dear migro team. The "new quality" of this product tastes predominantly like TOMATO, and not at all like a fine vegetable boullion as it used to. Can't you make this fat-free boullion according to the old recipe so that it tastes good again? This new quality is disgusting and if I want to make tomato soup, I'll gladly take a tomato soup from your range. Oder kochen sie mal einen blumenkohl damit.......kein gaumenschmaus! I'm definitely crossing this product off my shopping list. New is not always better! Best regards, g.sieber
Hello trance Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you don't like the new Bon Chef fat-free vegetable bouillon either. The recipe has indeed been changed. However, the product does not contain any tomatoes. It is probably the celery that you can taste. We have increased the total vegetable content from 0.5 percent to 2.2 percent. As a result, the bouillon has a slightly different taste and color. As already mentioned, we are currently monitoring this product very closely, as we have already received feedback from other customers. We hope that you will find another bouillon in our wide range that tastes better and wish you an enjoyable weekend. Your M-Infoline team

I just bought the bouilon with "new quality", unfortunately it doesn't taste the same to me as it tastes mainly of tomatoes, could that be?

We have already received some feedback from other customers, so we will taste the product again and make any necessary adjustments. We hope that you will find an item in our wide range of bouillons that you like and that we will be able to welcome you back soon. Kind regards, Your M-Infoline Team
