good afternoon, i have been looking for a gluten-free soup for a long time, unfortunately i haven't found anything yet, but this tomato soup is gluten-free? why doesn't it have the aha label? that would make it easier to find. as far as i know, there are no gluten-containing substances in this product. if i am wrong, please let me know. thanks for all the good aha products. best regards

Hello Peach77, this tomato soup does not actually contain any gluten-containing ingredients, but unfortunately, as with all dry sachet soups, traces of gluten are to be expected due to carry-over from the manufacturing process. This is also stated on the packaging. With wet soups, on the other hand, you will find what you are looking for: Bon Chef tomato soup (1570.871), Anna's best organic tomato soups (1305.578) or organic tomato soup with mascarpone (1570.853) all contain no gluten-containing ingredients and no traces of gluten are to be expected. Summer greetings, your M-Infoline team

THAT is a mess!!!why are you changing the best soup????this tomato soup was the best!!!please don't give a standard answer saying that recipe changes were desired and that this will only be done if the new soup performs better!it doesn't!!!please bring back the old recipe!!!!

Dear guest
We are sorry that you do not like our new recipe.
We have only recently adapted the recipe. We had many tastings in this regard. Independent test consumers were of the opinion that the new tomato soup tastes better and is of a higher quality.
We hope you find another alternative in our range that you like and send you our best regards from the M-Infoline team.

What exactly don't you understand about "I don't want a standard answer"? And writing the same text twice, copy paste is a STANDARD ANSWER! Poor customer service, I expect an individual answer from Migros.

A canned text is sufficient as an answer for an anonymous guest.
Registered users can be addressed personally and informed!

Don't think I asked you!

Guest, there is probably only one answer and that's the one you got. No, you didn't ask me either, I know. In other words, what kind of answer did you expect?

I expect an answer from the M-Infoline, the customer service boasts how seriously they take their customers. If I don't want a standard answer, but only one is possible, you could at least take the trouble to reformulate it. Or, for example, ask where you live (and at least pretend to clarify whether there is any remaining stock somewhere). There are many good ways to bring a more "personal" touch to the whole thing.

Lol I'm laughing my ass off at you @gast why don't you sign up and post your comments on other products too! Sometimes you'll get more personal answers from the Migipedia team ;-)!
psNo seriously now... you're right ;-)!
@Frederica sometimes your comments get on your nerves! As if you personally know everything and work at Migros!
And on the other hand, your comments are also helpful or exciting to read!
There's an English proverb called "bite your tongue" which means roughly the same as 'shut up'... I've done that so far and it might be an option for you from time to time too ;-)

And INfoline wants me to find an alternative? How about a suggestion for an alternative, for example?

Guest

No, why register? Apart from that, everything is ok at Migros, but this tomato soup story has really annoyed me :))

How about not constantly changing the recipe without being asked, then you wouldn't have to look for alternatives!
By the way, the organic version is very good! Even the one you find in the chiller cabinet with the Annas best products ;-)

Because there is always something exciting to read, comment on and try ;-) and it makes the whole thing more personal if you are registered and not just a guest ;-) but in the end everyone has to know for themselves!

Unfortunately, the recipes are often changed...and I sometimes wonder who tastes them, why not just ask how many fans a product has...
Thanks for your suggestion, I'll try it out.
@M-Infoline: Your users know more about customer service for guests than you do sorry :)

Please like it :-)! And that's exactly why you should register or I have registered because I get good tips or exciting descriptions of a new product etc. from other users.

It would be a huge effort to ask for each product whether you can change the recipe or not. :) Basically, I'm not a fan of this either, like with the M-Budget lasagne, for example. Everything was fine. Tasting sessions are sometimes organized by market research institutes. I don't know how Migros does it, but I've also been to tastings for various companies and it's quite interesting. Sometimes I didn't even know which was the new and which was the old recipe and simply had to decide what I liked.

by 'unsolicited' I meant if the customers don't complain, why should the product be given a new recipe? ;-) yes, I agree with you that would be a bit much to ask!

Guest

@Luna L. you should work for Migros :D, do better advertising and give better tips, I'm really thinking about signing up :)
@Gast, yes I understand that too, but in the end it was also about how I was answered, with a slightly better text a lot would have been done well ;)

Haha ;-).... Yes looooos sign up :-)! And the other guests too!!!!

Why was the recipe changed? This WAS the best tomato pouch soup there is. Without chunks and visible herbs and yet with a fine taste. Is it not possible to bring this soup back to its original state?

Dear guest

Why is there palm fat in this soup?

Guest

Because all soups at Migros contain palm oil or palm fat.

Dear guest
Thank you for your question. We appreciate your interest in this product!
Fat or oil in our dry mixes prevents separation and clumping and enables problem-free filling. Due to the trans fat problem, hydrogenated fats were replaced by palm fat a few years ago. However, we are currently investigating whether palm fat can be replaced by Swiss rapeseed oil.
We hope that we have informed you sufficiently with this answer and wish you a pleasant rest of the afternoon. Your M-Infoline Team
