I don't think that's more consumer-friendly at all. On the contrary. Everyone doses differently. And with gram information per pure product/paste, it is also very clear what the nutritional values are.

Is this appearance normal immediately after opening?
Hello petermanser, thank you for your inquiry and the photos. According to our specialist department, the yellow film is fat that has separated from the bouillon paste. The cause of this separation of the fat was a technical error during the filling of the bouillon. The production staff were trained accordingly. The ONLY AVAILABLE bouillon without onions and garlic and therefore FODMAP-compatible. Now it has disappeared from the shelves and is no longer listed as available anywhere - except in "my" store, which is probably a mistake. What is the plan with this product? If this bouillon paste - with or without sugar, palm fat or whatever - is no longer sold, there will be no bouillon at all for all FODMAP sufferers. When will I be able to buy bouillon without onions and garlic in Migros again? And yes, I'd prefer it without sugar, palm fat and other superfluous ingredients - but I'll even put up with them...
