Hello Marieclairegrimm, thank you for your message. Previously, a pack contained five sachets, each giving 1.5 dl of soup. Now it contains four sachets, each giving 2 dl of soup. In other words, the pack contains fewer sachets, but more soup. The five sachets used to make 7.5 dl of soup, while the four sachets now make 8 dl. Our customers prepare Easy Soups mainly in cups. However, these are often between 2 and 2.5 dl in size. Until now, this meant measuring the volume of water to be added separately. Now, you can simply fill the cup with water, without having to measure. In this way, we've simplified preparation while increasing the quantity produced. Yes, you've given me a nice answer, but it doesn't suit me at all. I have cups that are perfectly suited to the amount of powder in your soups. So much the worse... you've found the right way to increase your prices... by no means... Best regards. Marie-claire Grimm
Dear Migros, at first I also thought it was a price increase. In fact, I think the new portioning of 2 dl of soup per bag is better, because I always used to take two bags (for 3 dl). I found 1.5 dl per portion simply too little.
