The product is not easy to use. If too much pressure is applied, the sauce comes out the back. The tube is then unusable.......

How do I get the sauce out of the tube? I've seen that I'm not the only one with this problem
Hello bruno_achermann, thank you for your feedback on Bon Chef gravy. If the product is stored in a rather cool place at 7 - 15 degrees, the contents will be difficult to squeeze out. This is due to the fat used in the recipe. We recommend placing the tube in a pan of warm water shortly before use. This should allow the sauce to be squeezed out smoothly.
