The blood sausages have always been great so far, the last ones had no flavor. Has something been changed in the recipe or was I just unlucky?

Hello DME17, thank you for your question. It is not possible to cook it in a steamer - the casing would probably tear. The cream black pudding is a sausage that has already been cooked once.
