Hello Altun, thank you for your inquiry. The product is ethanol-free and therefore contains no alcohol. We use skimmed milk powder for these Blévitas, otherwise no other animal ingredients. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Measured acrylamide content in the Blévita? What are the average values?

Hello GuyCH, thank you for your inquiry. Our specialist department has informed us of the following: The baked goods from our own Midor industry are subject to Swiss food law. The EU Regulation (2017/2158) with guide values for acrylamide content, which has been in force since April 2018, will soon be taken into account. Midor regularly checks the acrylamide levels in its products and has continuously reduced the levels. Information on individual values is not meaningful. This is because, for example, a different degree of baking, which is also possible within the same production series, leads to different results. Different harvests of raw materials and storage throughout the supply chain also influence the content. We can assure you that you can enjoy Blévita without hesitation. And we will continue to monitor the latest findings on the subject of acrylamide in order to work towards a further reduction of this substance wherever possible. We are in constant contact with other biscuit manufacturers at a technical level, as acrylamide poses the same challenge for everyone. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I would like blevita without milk powder, why is that necessary? dar vida doesn't have any in it either, but it's not available in such fine flavors.

Milk powder is also used in the production of many foods such as ice cream, chocolate, baby food and yogurt. One advantage of this is that the lactose contained in skimmed milk powder aids digestion when consumed regularly. Replacing skimmed milk powder in the Blévita recipe, which has been so successful for many years, would change the taste and color of the popular Blévita.
However, we have taken the issue of "milk powder" and "allergy sufferers" to heart and are examining a possible new recipe with the supplier.

Hello M-Infoline. Thank you very much for taking the time to answer my question. I am still wondering why it is possible for other products such as Dar Vida or Roland to do without milk powder. Apparently it is possible without any loss of taste. And to be honest, I don't eat Blevita to help my digestion, there are probably better foods for that.
I'm very pleased that you are testing a new recipe, because I try to consume as few dairy products as possible for ecological, health and ethical reasons.

Everything works without lactose. It's just a fattening agent. The question is whether Migros will finally be flexible enough to realize that it works without it and is much better for our health.

These Blévita are definitely the best for me.
They are spicier than the others.
But why aren't they available in the big pack?
Could it be because they are newer than the others and have to prove themselves in the small pack first? I want the big one now! C-:

Our most popular Blévita varieties were initially offered in large packs (sticks).
A few years ago we introduced portion packs of Blévitas in response to several customer requests.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer each of our products in different sizes in our stores for reasons of space.
