Where have all the sesame seeds gone with the Sesame Blévita? It tastes like a spelt Blévita and there are hardly any sesame seeds visible...!!!!

I can gladly supply the data. However, the problem has existed for some time (see also other posts)! 12% sesame should be according to the packaging - I think it is still 2%! 19.8.22 is the date, 209664400 is the lot number. Best regards salto53

Hello, the last 3-4 packs I bought don't taste the same as before. They are drier and more like Darvida, which we don't like so much... What a pity!

Hello neelima_2, we have checked the corresponding retained samples and found that they were slightly more baked. This will have led to your perceived quality deviation. The structure of the Blévitas is slightly softer overall and the typical sesame flavor does not really come into its own. As sesame is a natural product, there may be certain fluctuations. Has the recipe been changed recently? Tastes less like sesame and more like the yellow Blevita.

I think the skimmed milk powder is important. Roland once told me that a recipe with sesame would definitely need milk powder to bring out the flavor...I doubt that. Why don't you give it a try?
It's just a flavor enhancer! Unfortunately, many people no longer know what it really tastes like naturally. So get rid of this useless sugar/MM powder!
Hi GuyCH, we use skimmed milk powder to round off the flavor and give the dough a slightly lighter consistency. We are happy to take your input on board and pass it on to our baked goods research and development team. As an alternative, we recommend Blévita pure, which is vegan. A Blevita alternative without skimmed milk powder would be really great - you don't have to adapt an existing product (although that would also be possible, Darvida, for example, is also without skimmed milk powder in the basic recipe).
It's just a shame that both allergy sufferers and vegans can't buy this product in Migros, and there isn't a single alternative. ALL varieties contain skimmed milk powder...

I couldn't find my favorite Blévita with poppy seeds on the shelf last week. Have they been taken out of the range? I hope not!

Unfortunately, we had to remove the Blévita with poppy seeds from our range, which happens when sales of a product decline over a longer period of time. We very much regret that we have to disappoint our customers, who enjoyed consuming the product, with such discontinuation decisions.
We cannot offer you a 1:1 alternative, but we hope you will find another variety in our wide Blévita range that tastes just as good to you.

Yes, the pink ones with yogurt and berries. I find them very tasty as "dessert cookies".
But the price is steep.

At first I only bought one pack of the pink ones and wanted to buy some more during the promotion - and that's exactly when the shelves were empty (delivery interruption).
