Why does this product have to contain skimmed milk powder? Could this substance be left out? I bought this product and was disappointed when I took a good look at the ingredients. I used the Dar-Vida Sandwich Choco and Hazelnut Cream as a guide. This is without animal ingredients.
Hi Tania Unfortunately, according to the manufacturer, the skimmed milk powder in the Blévita Sandwich Choco/Hazelnut cannot be dispensed with. The skimmed milk powder gives the sandwich its character. It also has a positive effect on both the taste and the texture. Omitting this ingredient would reduce the quality accordingly. We are happy to recommend our new vegan bars as an alternative, which will be available in Migros from week 40: Farmer Plus cranberry/protein bar 104235700000, Farmer Plus quinoa/blueberry bar 104235800000 and Farmer Plus pomegranate/pecan bar104235900000.
