5 questions
Blévita coconut is my favorite at the moment. I like the fact that the coconut flavor only unfolds after a lot of chewing - you're supposed to chew everything well 😉! So far, however, I've only had the pleasure of "Bruchguetsli" - not a single one has made the long journey from production to the store to me in one piece. Although this is only a cosmetic problem, it hasn't affected the taste. I wonder if the poor crackers would fare better in a large pack?

We are all the more sorry that no pack has yet made it to you in complete condition. In view of the picture, we understand why you expect improvements from a larger format. As an immediate measure, we checked the samples we received. We did not discover any broken specimens. However, the crackers are exposed to various external influences until they reach our shelves. These are difficult to control. Therefore, the breakage may have occurred during transportation from the supplier to the store or in the store itself. We assure you that we do everything we can to deliver flawless goods. We have therefore asked all departments involved to ensure that the goods are handled correctly. We are continuing to monitor the issue closely. If necessary, we will take further precautions, taking your suggestion into account. We hope our efforts are in your interest. Will there ever be Blevita only with cinnamon? Then it would be vegan or lactose-free and nothing beats cinnamon

I can't find any Blévita oat honey in the Basel region. Have these been removed from the range? Our children love these...

It was no longer so popular, which is why we had to take it off the shelves.
