Hello indios, thank you for your inquiry. We are delighted that you are interested in the crackers! We are currently carrying out post-production. We would like to take this opportunity to put the finishing touches to the products. We are therefore unable to give you an exact date for when they will be available again in Wil. My boyfriend really likes them, but they're not available anywhere at the moment. When will they be back?

Hello Elodie91, there is still some stock available. You can check them on our website. However, we will produce the crackers again as soon as possible so that we can replenish the shelves. Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact date at the moment. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Faulty product? As mentioned by several people in the reviews, several packs of this product are absolutely inedible: when the pack is opened (well before the expiration date), the crackers smell expired, rancid, chlorinated and must be disposed of. Is this a known problem? Can I return the product (unfortunately I have bought many in stock)?
Hello floflam, thank you for your message. The crackers reach our stores in an uncooled state. If they are exposed to higher temperatures, this affects the quality of the fat. A circumstance that is transferred to the packaging. As a consequence of this, the odor and taste that you have noticed occurs. The product is therefore not generally defective, but may lose flavor if stored improperly along the value chain. You are, of course, welcome to exchange items of poor quality in your store. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately, I am also affected by the same problem. Actually, the Blévita Rice Cracker Poppy Seed became my favorite Blévita right after the first taste. But all six packs of Blévita Rice Cracker Poppy Seed that I bought a few weeks ago are absolutely inedible. The label says "Best before 07.01.2023 L2251 12:45". I am very disappointed. What is Migros doing now to solve the problem of possible improper storage? I have never noticed such a blatant change in taste with any other Blévita crackers, even though I have been eating them for decades. Incidentally, returning them to the store is not an option for me, as I have to have the Migros products delivered via myMigros for health reasons. So I can only dispose of the Blévita Rice Cracker Poppy Seed, which has a faulty taste - what a shame! I am also now hesitating to buy these crackers again. Because I don't want to have to throw the next ones away again... :'-(

Hello CH_Naike, thank you very much for your message. First of all, we are pleased that the products are already among your favorites after the first taste. We are all the more sorry that the six packs you bought are also affected by the discrepancies. In view of your description, we understand your disappointment. As you have learned from our post, the discrepancies are due to excessively high temperatures. We are aware of the problem. For this reason, we are currently reviewing our options. The aim is to avoid such incidents in the future. Unfortunately, we do not currently know when we will have concrete results. We understand that you cannot return the crackers to the store. We will contact you privately about this. Best regards, your M-Infoline team Update: The batches with an expiry date of April 2023 should meet our quality standards. The recipe has been revised and the quality issues have been resolved.

Wouldn't a product recall be appropriate here? In the product reviews, the same messages are constantly coming from other customers. And in my case, the packs were definitely not stored at "too high a temperature".

All 12 of my packs were also inedible. What do we get in return?

Suitable for people with coeliac disease? According to the ingredients, Blévitas do not contain gluten. However, they may contain traces. Is attention paid to contamination during production? It would be a great highlight if Mirgros Blévita were available with the gf certificate for people with coeliac disease.

Hello Lealoo, the Blévita Rice Crackers do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, but gluten-containing Blévitas are also produced on the same production line. Despite extensive cleaning between productions, impurities can unfortunately not be ruled out, which is why these rice crackers also carry a trace label. In order for a product to be labeled "gluten-free", the gluten content must be below 20mg/kg. This means that, in addition to a gluten-free recipe, special requirements must be met in production (i.e. cleaning of the production facilities and the entire flow of goods and the environment). As the manufacturer of Blévitas does not have gluten-free lines and rooms in its bakery production, it is unfortunately not possible to guarantee these low limits. It is therefore not possible to produce gluten-free Blévitas. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Then it's about time you changed that! New vegan products are coming out all the time (which I think are great in themselves, but they usually have a very long list of ingredients and also wheat flour), but how about offering more gluten-free, lactose-free or allergen-free products for people who are "forced" to eat a special diet for health reasons? Oh yes, and not at a rip-off price, as we already know with gluten-free.

Again, it says here that these Blévitas are available in 9500 Wil. However, they are not in the store. Why? Where are they hidden?

They have now been put away. Unfortunately, mild curry (purple packaging) has been removed from the range. I am sad. Because these were not even mentioned in the vote.

I didn't see any with hazelnuts either, but some that were labeled as new, they weren't. The packaging was lighter, similar to that of the cinnamon rice pudding. https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/blevita-sandwich-schokolade-haselnuss

I like them cooked.

Hello sissi3, thank you for your inquiry. The new Blévita Rice Crackers cannot be compared with the spelt flour varieties. The use of rice flour affects the structure of the products. This is why they are generally harder. We hope this information helps you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
