It's not just about those who are lactose intolerant! It is mainly about all those who cannot tolerate milk protein. There are more of them than those with lactose.
So finally take the skimmed milk powder out of your products. It's useless and doesn't need it!

It is not so easy to leave out the skimmed milk powder. The skimmed milk powder is part of the basic Blévitas recipe and has a relevant influence on both the taste and the color.

I agree with Nici29: please, please introduce vegan Blévitas or, even better, veganize the entire Blévitas range. Darvida can do it without skimmed milk powder, then Migros can certainly do it! Kind regards, "Twilight"

Last year I had the pleasure of attending an exclusive tour of Midor.
The baking, processing and packaging process is automated and manpower is only required for monitoring and in the event of faults. One of the last steps in the production process for this item is the production of 6-packs, which are then checked for weight etc. and packed in boxes.
A mixed pack would be more expensive due to several factors. Individual packs would have to be stored temporarily, as not all products are produced at the same time. The different varieties would then have to be manually combined and packaged.
I don't know whether such an expensive product would be bought or even find a buyer.
