Unfortunately, the clips on my pleated blind broke after just one year, even though I used it properly. I am disappointed with the quality and would like replacement parts as I would like to continue using the pleated blind.

How high can the window frame be if you only want to cover 140 cm of a 160 cm high pane? I.e. do the ropes have a reserve?
Hello mumcs Thank you for your question about our honeycomb pleated blind! 😊 For your scenario, we recommend ordering the tension cords at 160 cm (please note the dimensions and deductions) and the fabric at 140 cm. This way, the pleated blind is stretched over the entire window, but only covers the desired area. This is a good solution if you don't want to close the pleated blind completely anyway and want to save some money. 💡🏡 We hope this helps you! Hello. Is it possible to install the honeycomb pleated blind with an adhesive backing instead of the clamp bracket?
How can I order the tensioning cords to 160cm or better to at least 200cm? You can only select a height of 140cm in various widths.
How is the pleated blind actually attached at the bottom? My window frame (balcony door) is approx. 200cm high, of which the window (pane) is 40x160cm.
The height for covering of 140cm as with the blackout pleated blind is enough for me, but the height for fastening is at least 200cm, so the cords/ropes would have to be at least that long.

Unfortunately it is not possible, it is too long.
If the pleated blind has to be this height, then the only option is to order made to measure. Here you can freely choose the fabric height and the tension cord height.

Thank you for your message! 😊 Our BLACKOUT honeycomb pleated blind is a finished product and is supplied with clamp brackets as standard. Please note that deviating installations are no longer covered by the guarantee/warranty. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the pleated blind will work with a different installation variant, as it is not designed for this.

Does the window have to be exactly 140cm high or can it be shorter? (120cm)
Hello LilBert, thank you for your question. The BLACKOUT honeycomb pleated blind can be extended up to 140 cm. The height is therefore not a relevant size in contrast to the width.
