Unfortunately, the clips (fixing material) on my pleated blind broke after just one year, even though I used it properly. I am disappointed with the quality and would like replacement parts as I would like to continue using the pleated blind.

The product is good. The assembly is a bit tricky, but my main complaint is the poor quality of the cords/ropes on which the pleated blind is pushed up and down. The cords break and the whole honeycomb pleated blind has to be thrown away, which is a waste. Too bad, because the product serves me really well.

Price increase of 57% !!! Absolute cheek !!! I really wonder if anyone at Micasa checks the prices at all. In February I was given a quote for a pleated blind priced at CHF 299. I wanted to order the pleated blind in April with a 20% discount. The saleswoman explained to me that she had to re-quote the pleated blind because the name had changed but otherwise the pleated blind was identical. The new offer now shows a price of CHF 470!!! If I had any say at Micasa, I would take this supplier out of the range immediately.

Fast delivery; darken very well. The clamping brackets were not suitable for my windows as I could no longer close them. However, I have now fixed them with fine screws. I am very happy with the pleated blinds!
Darkening very good. However, the clamp fastening is practically unusable, made of very thin plastic and unstable. Delivery? Takes several days.
Very good, easy to install, room is very well darkened, easy to operate. Home delivery not recommended: DHL placed the parcel on the letterbox, where anyone could have taken it, instead of placing it at our front entrance.
Excellent but a bit noisy when the di di takes place, being for the children's room.
