It tastes good, but it's annoying that it's no longer available in Pfäffikon ZH. Maple syrup, agave syrup and other products from abroad are available, but unfortunately not the local pear syrup. Sustainability looks different.
great alternative to sugar, versatile
A classic with us, always delicious on bread, in Bircher muesli or salad dressings. Perhaps the packaging could be made a little nicer? But that's complaining on a high level ;)

After the tried and tested pear syrup was out of stock in our store for a long time, this new product has appeared in its place. I was really looking forward to spreading the pear syrup on my bread this morning, but unfortunately the new product is far from convincing. It has a bland taste, no fruity character (nothing resembles pear) and no acidity. It is also very liquid and not a "thick juice". It tastes like liquid molasses, only sweet and boring. Why have you replaced the delicious Amstutz pear syrup with this product? I am very disappointed.
