It's delicious, but it's not pure plum juice. It is also extremely sweet and has no effect at all on intestinal sluggishness, even though I drank a whole bottle. This juice is only for my enjoyment. I'll see if I can find something more effective and better, then it's worth spending so much money. This one is too expensive for what it offers.
