Super whole grain pasta. Whole grain pasta is a little softer and less al dente, but a little healthier. The compromises are minor, though, and it's a favorite among whole grain pastas.
Wholemeal, but don't taste like it :)
Very good, but the al dente effect is more difficult to achieve than with normal pasta.
