What I miss with all the flours in Migros is the type of flour. Many recipes always state the type of flour you need. Now I need rye flour type 1150 and white flour type 550. How can I find this in Migros? ...and why don't you write the type on the packaging?
Good for sourdough
I made a fantastic bread from this flour. Fresh and good quality.
I couldn't find any more rye flour in Coop or Lidl. I only found it in Migros. It is very expensive, but sourdough needs rye flour, so I buy it.
