Thank you very much for your response! I’d be happy to provide feedback to Migros, which is, after all, still a cooperative and, in my opinion, should be more responsive to its customers. Since at least 2025, I’ve noticed Migros constantly changing its strategy, which, in my view, leads to confusion and uncertainty among consumers. I have read that the consulting firm McKinsey advised Migros until the end of 2024, which likely led to the large-scale restructuring and realignment. I have some doubts about the implementation of these measures and wonder when—and if—the cooperative members, that is, the customers, will have a say in the matter. Of course, we need to assess what is feasible and what may need to be adjusted to remain profitable. However, in my view, the strategy should be defined proactively rather than simply adopting everything from an external firm without scrutiny (as it seems to me). It’s a real shame what’s happening to Migros; Gottlieb Duttweiler would surely have had a few points of criticism—or, to put it positively, better suggestions—for the current situation. Where can I provide my feedback as a member? Is there an official point of contact for this? Thank you in advance.
