Organic brown whole-grain rice and organic whole-grain rice look almost identical on the packaging, but they differ in cooking time and price. So which is which? The brown one isn’t labeled as such on the package, which can easily lead to people picking up the wrong one at the shelf and then getting a surprise at the checkout. The labeling really needs to be changed! So what exactly is the difference? Thanks
Hello Chanelblue, thank you very much for your message. You can find the correct product name on the front of the package: The Organic Brown Whole Grain Rice is a parboiled long-grain rice, while the Organic Whole Grain Rice is not parboiled and also differs in grain type (medium-grain rice). This results in differences in cooking time and price. However, we fully understand your point, as the packaging does indeed look very similar, which can lead to confusion on the shelf. Thank you for your valuable feedback—we’re happy to take it on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Is this product a substitute for Mister Rice's whole-grain rice, which had to be cooked for 10–12 minutes?
Hi Lobster, thanks for your question. This rice is the replacement for the discontinued product Mister Rice Organic Brown Whole Grain Rice (item no. 1044.414.00000). Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
