Hello Pit111, thank you very much for your message. We're sorry you've had problems with our organic whole milk! We understand your disappointment. Given your description, we assume that the milk carton was damaged or suffered a break in the cold chain.
Despite the most rigorous controls, it can never be completely ruled out that desterilization may occur between samples, for example through microscopic degradation (micro-hole) of the packaging during filling or transport.
Thickening (coagulation) of dairy products can also be the result of a break in the constancy of the cold chain. If the temperature rises above 5°C, bacteria can develop in the milk, degrading its quality.
We have asked our manufacturer to step up the corresponding controls, and to do everything in its power to ensure that such problems do not recur.
We hope you will give our organic quality milk another chance. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team
