The closure of the plastic milk bottles is poor. Very difficult to close
Hello raphael01
Thank you for your feedback on the organic whole milk bottle. We have taken your input on board and passed it on to our supplier.
We are glad that you shared your request with us, this is the only way we can improve and we will keep this feedback in mind for future product range adjustments. Kind regards from the M-Infoline team

Can you please buy the milk in a tube again? It was popular because there was less packaging waste.
Hello Nivar, thank you for your inquiry about milk in tubular bags. Unfortunately, this form of packaging was not very popular with our customers, so we abandoned the bag at the time. This form of packaging never caught on in the market as a whole. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

good evening,
would it be feasible that milk that comes "from the region" really comes from the region where you shop? thank you
Dear guest
Thank you for your comment.
It is indeed the case that products bearing the regionality label "From the region. For the region." also come from the respective sales region of the cooperatives. However, it can happen that a product is sold with a similar article number but comes from two different dairies. In this case, for the Migros Lucerne cooperative from Schwyzer Milchhuus and for the Migros Aare cooperative from Emmi.
We hope you can understand this and wish you all the best from the M-Infoline team.

I really like the taste of organic whole milk. Unfortunately, however, it is often no longer edible many days before the use-by date! Today (23.11.13) I had to throw away a newly opened bottle because the contents were falling out in pieces. The dates on the milk bottle were marked as follows: A: 01.12.13, B: 03.12.13. BAD!
We are sorry that once again a milk was no longer flawless after opening.
In the records and a tasting of the same batches (production samples) with the best before date 03.12.13, our supplier could not find any evidence of deviations from the quality guidelines. However, your report was included in the QS scheme as a measure.
In general, however, we would like to inform you that you can return products - together with the receipt - that are no longer in perfect condition to the store before the M-date expires. You will of course be refunded the purchase price and, if necessary, the store can send us the product for further testing.
Why can milk become unfit for consumption before the expiry date?
It is very important that the cold chain is not interrupted under any circumstances. Even a short period of unrefrigerated transportation in a warm car can be enough for the milk quality to deteriorate.
We would also like to ask you to measure the temperature where the milk is stored.
Why this unusual request?
We know from experience that despite the supposedly correct temperature setting, the actual temperature of the food is higher. If the temperature of the milk stored in the fridge is more than 5°C, this explains the premature loss of quality. In most cases, the temperature is higher in the refrigerator door in particular and this area is therefore not suitable for storing milk.
We wish you a happy pre-Christmas season and see you soon in your Migros. Your M-Infoline Team
