Hello The last few times the biscuits tasted old, were soggy and wet. They could not be turned over without falling into small pieces. Pure disaster. Have any changes been made to the recipe? Mfg
Hello Flaedi, thank you for your message. We are sorry that you have not been able to enjoy it several times. To enable us to trace the manufacturing process precisely, we would ask you to send us the best-before date and the batch number (a combination of numbers and letters) of the last pack you purchased. We thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello That would be L23158 - 07.07.2023 Mfg
Hello Flaedi, thank you very much for your feedback. With the help of the data you provided, we were able to clarify the details of this batch. We have evaluated our production documents in the course of this. The biscuits were produced according to the specifications and we cannot explain this deviation. We also carried out a taste assessment of the production series in question (raw and prepared) and found no deviations. We have informed the responsible employees about your report and have urged them to increase the visual inspection of the individual work steps. It must be possible to completely rule out any deviations during production. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

These cookies don't taste bad - definitely much better than their non-organic counterparts (vegetable meatballs). The consistency is less sticky. But the taste is quite sweet. I don't know whether this has anything to do with the type of potato used. In any case, the cookies could be improved in this respect. I find the palm fat in the list of ingredients strange. There are certainly local, more natural fats that could be used in this organic product. Quite apart from the fact that a recent TV documentary showed that there is no such thing as sustainable palm fat and that a corresponding label is pure window dressing. The premise there was: "Leave some natural rainforest in one corner, then you can do what you want with the rest of the land."
So two points of improvement on my part: correct the overly sweet taste and use more sensible fat.
Hello guest
Thank you for your feedback. Sustainability is very important to us. That is why we are always working to minimize imports of organic raw materials.
We will be happy to check whether we can adjust the taste.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
