Migros has been committed to improving working conditions at suppliers for over 10 years as part of the implementation of the BSCI social standard. The central instrument of BSCI is the Code of Conduct, which is based on the most important international conventions for the protection of workers. These documents regulate pay, working hours, health care and safety, among other things.
