Would actually be a very good bread. But unfortunately the bread (and all other small rolls) always tastes and smells of fat/Berliner. You don't notice the real taste of the bread. I find it very unappetizing and it doesn't taste good. Isn't there a separate oven for doughnuts, sweet and savory pastries? Or is that only the case in Wil SG?
Why does our bread have Nutriscore D instead of B?
Hello marco_b, the calculation logic of the Nutri-Score was recently adjusted: Salt and sugar are rated more strictly and there are higher requirements for protein and fiber content. Bread is currently in the process of switching from the old to the new logic, but will soon have a D everywhere. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The bread appears twice in the selection. Here it has no ratings, in the other it has many, including mine, which is much older.
