If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be clearly stated, specifying the gluten-containing grains (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). Gluten-containing ingredients must not be "hidden"! If the seasoning contained gluten, this would be indicated in the list of ingredients.
