Good, tasteless. You just have to season it.
Since the product change, it has become too soft/watery and the taste is not as good as before.
Looking for silken tofu. Probably not available here.

Unfortunately, since the product change, the new tofu isn't as good as the old one. At first, I even thought it was moldy, the way it looked.

I wasn't a tofu eater, but I switched to it for health reasons. With a good marinade and cooked in the oven or air fryer, I really enjoyed it. I've been buying it ever since.
Good for cooking. You just have to know how to prepare it.
