The packaging—the plastic bag the bread comes in—always tears when I open it. The bag should be more flexible; then it wouldn’t tear right away when opened. Could this be changed? It would be more practical for storing the bread in the refrigerator. Otherwise, I have to repackage it in another small plastic bag.
Otherwise, the bread is very easy to digest and recommended for those with digestive issues.
Hello Guido-1, thank you very much for your message. We’re so glad you enjoy our organic stone-baked whole-grain rye bread! We’d be happy to look into your comment about the packaging. Do you happen to still have the bag so you can let us know the best-by date and the batch number? This would help us trace the production process. We look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team
Thank you very much for your reply. I'm attaching three photos. One of them shows the torn bag.

Has this item been discontinued? We couldn't find the bread in various stores.
Hello andre5, thank you for your question. In which stores are you unable to find the item? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Not available in any branch, at least in the Bern region. I would also like to know if the bread will be available again soon.
In the Baden region, Aargau. And also no longer available online.
Hello everyone, thank you for your feedback. Due to an internal problem at the supplier, the item was temporarily unavailable. We expect the product to return today, and it should be available again in all stores within 1–2 days at the latest. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
