A great alternative to the completely over-sugared smacks from kellogs and much cheaper too.
Packaging is deceiving. Bought them without reading the label "fooled" by the very natural and healthy look of the packaging and thinking they were natural.
Instead ... they are full of sugar and honey.
For those who like sugar the taste is good . They taste like sugar.
Great in yogurt and fresh fruit... good for better digestion
