2 questions
Hello, no explanation on the pack. Can I use the lenses directly? Do they need to be rinsed? Can they be eaten hot or cold? Thank you
Hello thefamily4, thank you for your request. The product has been gently vacuum-cooked in a bain-marie. They can be easily reheated and used creatively. We recommend reheating the sachet in a bain-marie or the contents in their own juice in a frying pan. This can also be done unpackaged in a microwave or conventional oven. Yours sincerely, the M-Infoline team
I also had to look up how the lentils are prepared. Perhaps this could be written directly on the packaging in future? Best regards
It is written here at the bottom of the description

Another product for which the nutritional values online do not match those on the packaging. What's going on at Migros Online? Don't you have a central database that controls this information? That's a bit worrying, as nutritional values are not exactly uncritical.
Hello Gnüsserin, thank you for your comment. Unfortunately we have made a mistake here, we will adjust the nutritional values on the packaging as soon as possible. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you! So do I understand correctly that the information online is correct and the 100g has significantly more calories than stated on the packaging? I wonder if this is really true online. Lentils always have two values per 100g, 1x cooked and 1x uncooked, the cooked ones are much lower because the water makes the lentils heavier. But the lentils here are cooked? I can therefore imagine that the packaging information is correct and the online information is not. Can you clarify this again?
Hello Gnüsserin, thank you very much for your feedback. We understand your objections and have approached our specialist department again. It turned out that you are right: The information published online is not correct, but the information on the packaging is. We apologize for the confusion. The information on our website will be updated by the end of the week. As far as processing is concerned, the lentils are cooked in a water bath. We hope these lines help to clarify the situation. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
