Today I wanted to buy this bread in the MMM Tivoli Spreitenbach - nothing, it wasn't even marked on a shelf. Has it really been removed from the range despite the good reviews here? That would be a completely wrong decision.
Hello stheule Thank you for contacting us. We have looked into your request with those responsible in the Baked Goods and Convenience department and can inform you that the organic Sonnenkranz will be produced again with immediate effect. It may take a few days before the item is available on the shelves again. We hope that we have answered your request and wish you a wonderful summer. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

I bought this bread today in 9500 Wil SG. Wil has a home bakery and the bag also says fresh and homemade. Is this bread made in 9500 Wil itself? Because it had the consistency of baked bread. It didn't taste homemade or fresh. It tasted strange, like it had just come out of the oven or had been baked, so the nutritional values don't match. The bag in 9500 Wil says 265 kcal, 4 fat, 45 KH, 11 protein. The values here are different. It also happens with other breads that the nutritional values on the bag do not match those here, even if the ingredients are the same. It shouldn't be.....
I notice that there are no wheat-free fresh breads in Migros, large or small. I don't have an allergy, but I would still like to avoid wheat. Why is there wheat everywhere?
It would only be worth a lot if there were "pure breads". For example, a spelt plait without wheat! The "spelt plait" from Migros is simply a wheat plait with very, very little spelt. Or a rye sourdough bread. So if I can do it as an amateur baker, then the professional? Migros bakers can do it too.
Indios, that's exactly what I mean everywhere has wheat in it
Hello Blueeye59, as fresh bread we offer the aha! Quinoa bread (article number 1114.473) without wheat. Wheat is very important for bread production because of the wheat gluten. This gives the bread its typical structure. We have forwarded your request to the specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Bread requires flour/water/yeast, no wheat gluten and no quinoa from the other side of the world, neither organic nor regional, and aha products contain 100 ingredients that aren't even necessary and are packaged in plastic - there's almost nothing unhealthier and they're not available in every store
