My favorite for the refined palate. The salmon is only lightly salted and not as heavily smoked as other products. This brings out the taste of the fish wonderfully. The consistency is tender and pleasantly firm. The typical fat tastes fresh and fortunately I haven't found any bones so far.
Very tasty and a good portion size. Only the packaging is impractical to open.
