I ran out of these rusks last weekend and have now bought some more. Unfortunately, these have a slightly different, in my opinion worse, taste. Have any changes been made to the recipe in recent months? Less salt than before?
Hello MHaefliger, it's a shame that you don't like the rusk. However, we have not changed anything in the recipe. It may be a one-off deviation in quality. Please accept our apologies. I have been looking for these rusks in the Zurich-Kreuzplatz, Zurich-Höschgasse and Zurich-Stadelhofen stores over the last few weeks - always without success. Today someone told me that they had been taken out of the range. But according to the product availability information on the website, they should be available everywhere...
