Very tasty and creamy. The texture is a bit runny compared to other brands. But I love that it’s made with Swiss milk. Great value for the price.

As liquid as quark, but the picture reminds me of ricotta. Useless! Customer service has no comment on this either. Still waiting.
So much better than the Italian brand's ricotta cremosa. Perfect for spinach cannelloni and not too salty.
