.... and this bread is also no longer available in Wil SG
Unfortunately no longer available in Wil SG..........
Why are we - slowly but surely - being forced to buy organic products? Certain foods are now only offered as organic. This is patronizing consumers, but it's good business for the major distributors!
Absolutely correct! I agree - and it's still Migros and not an organic health food store
Thank you 👍 I avoid organic as much as possible. In most cases, it only serves the wholesalers. Customers seem to be willing to spend more without asking.
Hello annemarie01, thank you for your message. We are sorry that our growing organic range is causing displeasure for you and other users. It is in no way our intention to replace conventionally produced items with organic goods. On the contrary: with our wide selection, we want to cover the different customer needs and preferences in the best possible way. It cannot be denied that the demand for organic products has increased, which is why it is important for us to expand our product range accordingly. Your wish to be able to buy Raute bread in non-organic quality has been put to our specialist department. After all, our aim is to offer the products that you want. Perhaps we can inspire you with our stone oven crispbread, which also comes from the stone oven? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for the message. I see it a little differently. Why are certain items such as pine nuts (but also many other items) only available in BIO? In many cases, you don't even have the option of switching or - if you're lucky - you can still find them in another store. AND: You can also push BIO and of course you do that, as it is also financially profitable. Migros is not as laudable as it always presents itself. The power it has is too great and I find that dangerous. I've particularly noticed with bread that it's tipping more and more towards organic! Kind regards annemarie01
Hello annemarie01, our space conditions do not always allow us to offer products in two lanes. In that case, we will go for the more popular product. By the way: The more organic products we sell, the more likely we are to be able to reduce the price. We include volume discounts that we receive from suppliers in our prices. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
For example, red lentils are only available in organic. That really bothers me, especially as the normal version should ALWAYS be available in Migros.

Hello Migros The bread is very good. But I still have two questions: 1. what exactly is better about this stone oven than a metal oven? 2. does the term "dark flour" refer to the degree of milling, or does the bread simply consist of white flour colored with malt?
Hello Adrian7. We are happy to answer your questions: 1. bread baked in a stone oven has a better aroma and baking in this oven has a positive effect on the crust and crumb of the bread 2. red means that the flour has a medium degree of grinding; use of ruch flour. This means that the outer layers of the husk have also been ground. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
