The fillet is too big for a single-person household. Can some of it be frozen, or has the product already been frozen? Unfortunately there is no indication of this anywhere.
This is actually a very general question about all Migros meat products. There is no indication anywhere as to whether a product has been frozen before. What a pity!
Hello harryman, thank you for your inquiry. If it is defrosted meat, this is always declared with the following note: "defrosted, do not refreeze". If this note is not on the back, the meat has not been defrosted and you can freeze it accordingly. It is best to vacuum seal the meat before you put it in your freezer. Refrigeration advice Storage advice: Keep refrigerated at max. +5 °C.
If applicable, would the note: "Do not freeze" be found here?
