In order to be allowed to call themselves organic, the areas are inspected locally by an independent certification body. For example, no intensive farming is permitted in the region where the pine nuts grow. This ensures that the pine nuts do not come into contact with pesticides. Why has the pack size been changed from 100 to 75 grams? Many recipes require 100 grams. This means I have to buy 2 packs and the 2nd opened pack quickly loses quality.

A beetle originating from North Africa spread in Europe and damaged a large part of the harvest last year, up to 80% of the yield is unusable.
