Very good alternative to fresh mushrooms
Finally organic canned mushrooms again (they had disappeared from the shelves for a long time - although they used to come in small tins). They are the only canned mushrooms that are NOT FROM CHINA!!!

Do I need a lot
Normal good product. You can't tell it's organic, but PLEASE no more mushroom products from CHINA.
Fine for the stock.
