As I consume this product frequently, I would like to ask two questions: 1) the product often smells a bit fermented, have you carried out any research into which microorganism groups this is due to? This is due to the plant's tradition and climatic requirements. It is very important to us to move closer to seed production. For this reason, a supplier launched a 5-year seed project this summer. We often eat mung bean sprouts, either as vegetables or in salads. But a 250g bag is very big for two. We recently found bags of 100g in the Bahnhofmigros in Zurich. It would be great if this size were also available in Migros Lucerne. We prefer to buy sprouts fresh several times.
