A great product, if it weren't for the sugar. Why do you put sugar in there at all, it's not necessary.

In addition to spelt flakes, the organic spelt mix also contains spelt flakes and spelt pops. These make the flake mix nice and crunchy. These flakes and pops contain raw cane sugar and honey, among other things. Unfortunately, this crunchiness cannot be achieved without the addition of sugar.
Sugar is not "forbidden" as part of a healthy diet. However, moderate consumption is recommended: A maximum of 10% of the energy consumed per day should come from sugar, which is roughly equivalent to 50 grams. However, a healthy diet is not just down to individual products but depends on your lifestyle as a whole.

The nutritional values are incorrectly declared in the "Product information" tab here on Migipedia. According to the label, the sugar content is 16g and not 1g

The product contains 65g of carbohydrates per 100 grams, of which 8g are sugar. We have already amended the information on Migipedia.

Dear Migros,
It's a shame that you also put sugar, honey, syrup and salt in the flakes. I want to decide for myself how much sugar and salt I eat. That's why I buy spelt flakes without additives from the competition.
