A good product, but not the best mozzarella among the Migros assortment...
(Alfredo, much better!).
Fine mozzarella. Melts wonderfully on the pizza.
Super fine, from CH milk
The taste is actually the same as conventional mozzarella, the consistency is a little softer. If there are more Cumulus points, I'll gladly take the expensive one in organic quality.
Good mozzarella made from CH organic milk. Recommendation.
