We really like this mix of vegetables ♥️
Pieces sometimes cut a little large. Unlike vegetables, borlotti beans do not become really soft when cooked.
the bag contains what it says on the tin. no additives. for minestrone. i sautéed some bacon, added güesbouillon and pepper and the result was 100% convincing!
Has the potential to be a great product. Unfortunately, it remains a mediocre product because this bag contains mainly cheap vegetable scraps. A real minestrone contains beans, for example, which is something you won't find in this Migros product.

good mixed vegetables. Add 1 liter of bouillon to the vegetables and simmer for 1/2 hour on level 2. Great vegetable soup all year round.
