In the ingredients of the Plant-based Merguez it says: "Seitan cooked 72%, onions, sunflower oil, spices, paprika, yeast extract, table salt, thickeners: agar agar, locust bean gum and guar gum, beechwood smoke." during a discussion about the taste we were wondering if they could tell us what is included under "spices"? Thanks in advance for the info.... :-)
