Hello Is there really no mayonnaise without sugar? I find it disappointing that even organic products have to contain it...
The M-Classic mayonnaise has no sugar in it.
Cane sugar is declared in this organic mayo, but only in minimal traces. Both products, as well as M-Classic Mayo, contain less than 0.5 grams of sugar per 100 grams.
Hello Wertekompass, thank you for your inquiry. The organic mayonnaise only contains very small amounts (traces) of cane sugar. The cane sugar is part of the mustard and makes up less than 0.8 % of the mayonnaise. We try to use as little sugar as possible everywhere. Last year we had the Callowfit mayo sauce, which was completely sugar-free, but unfortunately it was not well received, so it is no longer in our range. Organic doesn't mean healthier, it means more environmentally friendly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is it so extremely thick and white at the moment, msn can barely squeeze it out of the tube!
Hello Bluechristal, thank you for your message. We are sorry that the application of the product raised questions. It is correct that you contacted us so that we can look into the causes of the thick consistency and the unusual light color. For further clarification, we would ask you to send us the lot number (a combination of numbers and letters) and the best-before date. We thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The no. is 60-146744-2, best before 08/12/22 02:32 The mayo is snow-white and firm to the bite
Hello Bluechristal, thank you for your feedback. We have checked with our supplier and checked the production records. This batch was indeed a little thicker than usual. However, it was classified as within tolerance and approved. If the "mass" is too viscous, it would block the machine, it is specially designed that way. So far we have not received any further reports. We will be happy to contact you privately. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is this product vegetarian? Does it come into contact with alcohol (except that in vinegar) or animal ingredients? (production, packaging, etc.)
Hello Acalyanur, thank you for the question. We do not use alcohol (ethanol) as an ingredient in mayonnaise. However, the vinegar does contain alcohol. This has a value of < 1.5 vol.%. It is usually even lower. With the exception of eggs, there are no ingredients / additives of animal origin. The product is therefore suitable for a vegetarian diet. Thanks for answering. No cross-contamination either, correct?

Why does the mayonnaise taste different since the new packaging? (To be honest, I also find the packaging a bit old-fashioned, but that's a matter of taste). Before it was simply great! Now I can no longer eat it because I don't like the taste or smell of it. Thank you very much for your feedback.
Hello babouni, thank you for your feedback on the organic mayonnaise. We regret that you no longer like it. We can assure you that the recipe is unchanged. So that we can check the returned samples, please let us know the best-before date and the lot number next to it. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Best before date: 24.10.21 Retention sample: B60-124958-5 05:33
Hello babouni, thank you for your feedback. We checked the retained samples from the same production series - we could not detect any deviation in quality. However, the ingredients may be subject to natural variations. We hope you enjoy the organic mayonnaise again in the future. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Grüezi, is anything from the pig used here and was alcohol (ethanol) added in addition to natural alcohols (e.g. in vinegar)? Also not in the mustard? Thank you very much
Hello fatihoeztuerk, thank you for your inquiry. Neither alcohol in the form of ethanol nor pork is added to the product. However, the vinegar does contain alcohol. This has a value of < 1.5 vol.%. It is usually even lower. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Est que cette mayonnaise bio est sans gluten?
Hello Avis, organic mayonnaise contains no gluten-containing ingredients and no traces of gluten are to be expectedIf a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, these must be declared and the gluten-containing cereal clearly identified (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Gluten-containing ingredients must not be "hidden"! So pay close attention to the ingredients list! If the product may contain traces of gluten due to the various decanting operations involved in its production, it must bear the words "may contain..." at the end of the list of ingredients ("May contain gluten" or "May contain traces of gluten"). With best regards, dein M-Infoline Team

Why is the aluminum of this tube stronger (thicker) than the non-bio version?
Hello hj_2. Thank you for your patience. According to the manufacturer, both tubes are theoretically the same thickness, as he uses standard dimensions for all his tubes. The tolerance range is 0.12 - 0.19. We suspect that you have got two very different tubes. One is at the upper limit of the thickness of the aluminum tube and the other at the lower limit. In addition, the matt look of the organic version and the double coating (white and beige compared to just white) may reinforce the impression that the organic tube feels stronger. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello Is the vinegar in this mayonnaise (also the one in the mustard) clarified without gelatine? If not, could you decorate the tube with a V-Vegetrisch label? Kind regards
Hello hj_2, thank you for the question. The vinegar in the two products is not clarified with gelatine. We are looking into whether we would like to certify them as "vegetarian". Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The best tube mayonnaise I know, although sometimes a little different in taste, but that's organic. But why is it suddenly no longer available? (Migros Hüntwangen-Wil and Migros Bülach Süd)
Hello ibolya, thank you for your question. Due to quality problems, there is currently a supply interruption for this mayonnaise. As soon as these problems have been resolved, the organic mayonnaise will be available again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can this product be eaten by pregnant women? How are the eggs processed? If not, is there another mayonnaise sold at Migros that a pregnant woman could eat?
Salût Greg-gonzal The mayonnaises sold by Migros are not made from raw eggs. For reasons of hygiene, industrial food production uses liquid egg, a pasteurized egg mass, which means that the mayonnaises sold by Migros are also safe for consumption by pregnant women. Mayonnaises sold by Migros are therefore also safe for consumption by pregnant women. With best regards, your M-Infoline team
